Noticeable migraine relief
Great, it normalises sleep (with regular intake of two capsules). It enhances my migraines; I take the pills as usual and add magnesium, allowing the migraine to ease within a couple of hours. Previously, I would be incapacitated for half a day. The frequency has also diminished, aided by medication. Regular magnesium intake, without breaks, makes both PMS and menstruation much easier for me — I don't become irritable and can even go through the first day without painkillers. Chronic nasopharyngeal pain hardly worsens. Although I consume omega-3 and have added serrapeptase and resveratrol, I'm convinced magnesium plays a vital role. Including protein and collagen in my diet has yielded noticeable effects. Overall, I've experienced no allergies or stomach issues, and the quality is superb.
